RESIDENTIAL SERVICES
All plan sets are provided in PDF file format for you to have printed at your business of choice and the license to build one home. Please contact us for multi home licensing prices.
Note: We do not provide plan sets for existing unpermitted construction at this time.

STOCK PLAN SETS
Stock plan sets from our collection are priced from $1000 to $2000 depending on the plan.
Please see our collection here for individual prices. Changes can be made to any of our plan sets. Those changes will be billed at our standard labor rates as shown below.
As every single build site is different, our plan sets do not include a comprehensive site plan or grading and drainage plan. We will provide a site plan for an additional $1000 fee, but that can add up to two weeks to our timeline. We recommend hiring a local business that is familiar with your particular jurisdiction to draft your site plan and/or grading and drainage plan.

CUSTOM PLAN SETS
Custom plan sets are priced at $2 per square foot for interior living space and garage space plus $1 per square foot for exterior living space, such as decks, patios, and covered porches. Once we receive your preliminary approval, any design changes will be billed at our standard labor rates. Any changes that arise from jurisdiction plan check comments and are not a design change will be made free of charge. Please fill out our custom design request form here to get started, and we will contact you to gather as much information as possible and/or to schedule an online or in person meeting.

What's that you say? Our prices are a little higher than some other companies? You are correct. They are. They are higher because we offer a better product. We also offer several services that others just flat out do not.

As a first time customer that may continue to use our services, you will automatically receive $50 off your fist plan set.

We also do not charge for minor revisions before permitting or as-built plans, unless it is a design change.
